The science of yoga has been used for centuries to reduce the peripheral stress and tension in the body in order to maximize the flow of energy within for the process of unwinding psychological patterns for improved resiliency and responsiveness. This happens through enlivening the energetic and subtle body in order to bring attention to the blockages and areas of constriction in the body. Many of these blockages are caused by the mind.
