AYURVEDA HEALTH AND WELLNESS CONSULTATIONSInitial Ayurvedic Wellness Consultation (AWC) $280 for 90 minutes.
![]() The root cause of pain and dysfunction are identified using Ayurvedic principles. A treatment approach will be developed to address the specific concerns of the client and to provide preventative guidance. A combination of treatments will be utilized that could include herbs, bodywork, diet, lifestyle, and yoga. Clients will get a long term treatment plan with specific tasks for balance.
Follow-up AWC $120 for 60 minutes.
The key to effective care is consistent and regular follow up visits. The body is undergoing constant changes. Everything that we taste, see, touch, smell, and hear creates chemical cascades and physiological responses to maintain homeostasis. The key to self-healing is consistency which is developed through creative guidance of a professional. In follow up visits I fine tune the recommendations to get the desired results of both patient and practitioner.
ClassesYoga and Ayurveda for Yoga Teachers![]() This training explores how to utilize Ayurveda to address the unique needs of an individual through the tools and techniques of yoga. It goes beyond the mainstream standardized approaches found in current yoga literature to encouraging authentic engagement and awareness that takes place when our Prana comes in contact with another. This class is usually about 12-16 hours long and includes topics such as Dosha, Elements, Gunas, cleansing practices, Dhatus, Ancient texts, and adjustments.
